Zoom Pilates Sculpt
This class will challenge and inspire you just like a classic Pilates Sculpt class in the studio but in the comfort of your own home! Some of the benefits of practicing Pilates include better core strength, flexibility and posture, streamlined muscle tone, relief from back and joint pain, weight loss and a happier YOU! In Pilates Sculpt, we work the muscles to efficiency and not fatigue so that you leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and energized. Classes are live! We will still see you, correct you and inspire you in the virtual world! *You must sign up at least 5 minutes before the class start time! Zoom Restorative Pilates
Restorative Pilates is perfect for individuals working with injuries as well as clients who are highly athletic and want to do a little self-care so that they move more efficiently. This class is all about undoing life's daily stress (both physical and mental) so that your body feels refreshed, rejuvenated and RESTORED! We will work to decrease pain, stretch tight muscles, realign bad postural habits and strengthen the core. *You must sign up at least 10 minutes before the class start time! Virtual Wundaful Wunda
Wundaful Wunda is an intense and invigorating 45min core workout demanding solid intermediate level knowledge of Pilates. The chair exercises require strength, balance and coordination to perform each exercise so come prepared to sweat and have fun! Virtual Reformer PRO Class
This high intensity 55min Reformer class will strengthen and stretch your entire body. Solid intermediate knowledge of Pilates is required as well as knowing how to transition your apparatus properly. Virtual Tower Class
Tower classes are based on classical mat work but add spring resistance for an extra challenge. Through a system of springs and bars, the Tower supports the body to ensure proper stabilization and form, while providing added resistance for strengthening, toning and lengthening muscles. This 55 minute class is ideal for students of all levels but you must have the apparatus if you are taking virtually! Make sure you sign up in the ONLINE location for a virtual spot.
