Zoom Pilates Sculpt
This class will challenge and inspire you just like a classic Pilates Sculpt class in the studio but in the comfort of your own home! Some of the benefits of practicing Pilates include better core strength, flexibility and posture, streamlined muscle tone, relief from back and joint pain, weight loss and a happier YOU! In Pilates Sculpt, we work the muscles to efficiency and not fatigue so that you leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and energized. Classes are live! Zoom Pre/Postnatal Pilates
Pilates is the one of the BEST things you can do to prepare your body for childbirth and restore your body after birth. This class was designed to be safe and effective for every level of fitness and every stage of pregnancy and BEYOND (6 weeks-3 months postpartum) In this class, we do lots of stretching to help with the aches and pains of pregnancy/motherhood. We focus on core strengthening to help prevent diastisis recti PREnatal and restore your core POSTnatal. We learn how to do Kegels properly! But best of all, we work and tone on all the peripheral parts of your body that aren't/weren't pregnant (legs, arms, & butt). *You must sign up at least 30 min before the class start time! Zoom Magic Circle Madness
This class will challenge and inspire you just like a classic Magic Circle class in the studio! It is an Int/Adv Level class and you must have a Magic Circle or Playground Ball to attend. The Magic Circle is a very versatile Pilates prop that will give you both resistance and assistance during the exercises. Some of the benefits of practicing Pilates include better core strength, flexibility and posture, streamlined muscle tone, relief from back and joint pain, weight loss and a happier YOU! In Pilates, we work the muscles to efficiency and not fatigue so that you leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and energized. *You must sign up at least 30 min before the class start time! Zoom Parent/Kid Pilates (Ages 8+)
This class is designed for Kids (Age 8+) and Parents (Age Whatever;) to stay healthy and fit right from the comfort of your own home! All you need is a mat/towel and a laptop/phone. Some of the benefits of Parent/Kid Pilates is better posture, flexibility and core strength! It is also a really fun way to bond as a family and keep everyone moving and motivated! *You must sign up at least 30 min before the class start time! Zoom Barre Express
Get ready to sweat and have fun! This energetic class is designed to make you to feel invigorated, challenged, and inspired in the comfort of your own home. Expect lots of planks, push ups, plies, pulses, squats, curls, core exercises, etc.This class requires a pair of light weights (2-5lbs), a playground ball and a chair as our props.If you do not have props you can modify with common household items such as soup cans and a pillow. We always include a releasing stretch after we work each muscle group, which results in stronger, longer, streamlined muscles.*You must sign up at least 30 min before the class start time! Zoom Pilates PRO
This class is an Advanced Level class geared towards Pilates professionals as well as Pilates nerds (those who have been practicing for 3+ years) Every week we will explore different aspects of the classical Pilates Method. Ex. Reformer on the Mat, Classical Advanced Mat, Archival Exercises, Magic Circle variations, etc. If there is a prop required I will include that in the Zoom Link email prior to class. *You must sign up at least 30 min before the class start time! Zoom Restorative Pilates
Restorative Pilates is perfect for individuals working with injuries as well as clients who are highly athletic and want to do a little self-care so that they move more efficiently. This class is all about undoing life's daily stress (both physical and mental) so that your body feels refreshed, rejuvenated and RESTORED! We will work to decrease pain, stretch tight muscles, realign bad postural habits and strengthen the core. *You must sign up at least 30 min before the class start time!
